Commercial Insurance

Liability, property, workers comp, packages, and certificates. Coverage that matches the jobs you take and the risk that comes with them.

Business insurance is not one product. It is general liability if someone gets hurt or claims damage, property if the building or gear takes a hit, workers comp if you have employees, and the package that ties those pieces together. We start from what your operation actually does.

Certificates of insurance are part of the commercial work here. If a job, landlord, or contract needs a COI, say so up front so limits and additional insured language match what they are asking for.

What commercial coverage can include

General liability

Pays when your work or premises causes bodily injury or property damage claims from others.

Commercial property

Building, contents, and equipment for covered losses like fire, theft, or weather, based on how the policy is written.

Workers compensation

Required in many cases when you have employees. Covers work injuries and related employer liability.

Business package (BOP)

Often pairs liability and property for smaller operations that fit a package form.

Commercial auto

Vehicles titled or used for the business when personal auto is not the right place for that risk.

Certificates of insurance

Proof of coverage for jobs, landlords, and contracts. Not a separate policy. Part of running commercial accounts.

Who this is for

• Owners who need liability for the work they do off-site or at their location.

• Shops and offices that need the building, tools, and inventory on a commercial form.

• Employers who need workers comp written correctly for their class of work.

• Contractors and service businesses that get asked for a certificate before they can start a job.

What helps us quote

What the business does, legal name, locations, approximate payroll or revenue if you have it, vehicles if any, employees if any, certificate needs, current coverages, and a declarations page or full policy if you can upload one. Rough notes are fine to start.

Questions people ask

What does my business actually need?

It depends on the work. A service business, a shop with inventory, and a contractor with jobsites do not share the same mix of liability, property, workers comp, and auto. We build from your day-to-day, not a generic template.

How do certificates of insurance work?

Once coverage is in force, we issue a COI that shows the limits and parties a job or landlord asked for. Tell us the request early so the policy can support it.

Can I send my current policy instead of retyping everything?

Yes. Upload current policies or a declarations page on the commercial form. That is often cleaner than guessing limits from memory.
